Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process.
